PSD files created in PS and added to LR collection not syncing into LR mobile

PSD files created in Photoshop and added to Lightroom collection not syncing into Lightoom mobile... even after sync complete, they are not showing up in the collection on LR mobile, tho they appear in said collection on LR desktop

Can you please check the psd on Lightroom web, is it showing there or not.

issue appears to be limited to a couple specific files that appear corrupted somehow, I don't have time to pursue this further
