Can't get rid of CC

I uninstalled photoshop 2017. Camera Raw is still left and I can't get rid of it or the CC desktop. I want the whole mess out of my system. Any workarounds available? Command line will do if necessary. Win 7.

Uninstall or remove Creative Cloud apps
