With the Creative Cloud Membership, Can I edit on two separate desktops?

I am an editor who is looking to purchase the Adobe Creative Cloud with all of the apps, the $54 subscription to be exact. But I would like to work on two different computers. Does this type of workflow require the professional and business package? Or can I achieve this through just the membership for personal use.

Just trying to figure out how much I am able to do before making any purchases, etc.

If anyone could describe to me how all of this works, I would greatly appreciate it.
