PC crash in moment of starting Adobe After Effects

I download demo version of After Effects. After downloading I'm starting it, and my PC has crashed. Clocks have stopped, cursor hasn't moved. Then I downloaded Adobe Premiere pro, and it crashed my PC too. But Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash and Adobe Photoshop were normal. What can I do to fix this problem? I need this programs to make a video until first of January.

What are your computer specs? Which OS?

Which GPU is installed in your machine?

Is there a secondary monitor connected to the computer?

Try launching the apps in Compatibility Mode: How to install or run a program in Compatibility Mode in Windows
