I recently had Creative cloud moved from one hard drive to a larger one (my computer has two hard drives and all down loads were defaulting to the smaller one.)

Sins getting my computer back when I open CC it asks me to try the free trial and wont let me access Photoshop or Lightroom. I tried to re download Ps Lr  but was told the new version would override the old and all my pictures in my catalogue would be lost.

How do I restore my old programs

Adobe programs do not move... you must do a fresh install

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html (and uninstall)

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed
