Illustrator trial

I am attempting to download a trial version to see if it works for my needs prior to purchase. I can't get it to load as the , Creative cloud" does not load, just spins. any suggestions. trying to transfer PSD to DXF.

As written by you, there is a spinning wheel on the Creative Cloud application.
