I bought a hard copy of LR6 from Best Buy and Installed it. I got an email from Adobe saying my trial version is about to expire. I never got a trial version. WTH ?? Customer support couldn't help me and they directed me to the support page. My question is, Will my hardcopy of LR6 that I installed, Deactivate in 4 day when my Supposed "trial version" ends ??

Did you receive a redemption code inside the box, or a serial number?

If you activated Lightroom using a valid Adobe serial number then the notice you are getting about the trial version expiring is referring to Lightroom Mobile. Lightroom Mobile is only available to those subscribe to the creative cloud service but those who purchased Lightroom 6 are given a trial version of that feature to allow them to evaluating its usefulness. A valid serial number from Lightroom has six groups of four numbers and the first four are always 1160. If you haven't obtained that number and entered it then you probably have a redemption code that you need to submit to Adobe in order to get your serial number.
