This is virtually the same question that you asked - and was answered in your earlier thread

How do I redraw feet of my image of a character  with shoes?

and you asked 4 months ago in this thread

how to remove shoes of any image of a person or a character in Adobe Photoshop?

As was answered in those threads , you can mask out the feet using a layer mask and draw in any image of feet you want on a new layer.

This has to be a troll.  No one could possibly believe that you could remove the outer pixels of an image and reveal what lies beneath.

Not quite sure about your problem:

Do you believe that a 2-dimensional image is a 3-dimensional representation of its subject including its inner workings?

Or do you actually have a 3d-model? (Even in this case it is not a given that the »feet« inside the »shoes« would have been modelled.)

Widow: "Can you take this photo of my late husband, and remove his hat?"

Retoucher: "Sure thing, Ma'am. So, what side did he part his hair on?"

Widow "Won't you find out when you take his hat off?"
