Lightroom can't do backups

Everytime I try to make a backup, an error shows up saying to check for the folder permissions (that are all OK) and if I have enough space in the HDD (I have a lot of free space). The options I have are: Try again (thing that ALWAYS fails), choose another folder for the backup (also fails) and Exit.

I've tried everything above, and to contact the adobe's technical support, but they just closed the ticket without solving anything.

Any ideas of how to solve this problem?
