project doesnt export properly

i set the fps at 5 and it exports at 30 making it super short and the rest is just a black screen, what should i do?

You have to be much more specific. Where are you setting the FPS? What are the comp settings? Exact render settings? Version of AE? What else?

Where did you put set the 5fps at, composition settings? When rendering, do you render it all in After Effects or do you export it to Media Encoder? Please provide some more information or screenshots if you can.
