Why doesnt the fixed image scroll work on mobile devices?

When I try using a fixed image scroll (or fixed parallax) with the fill palette (fill>scroll>0,0,0,0) on a fixed breakpoint it dont work on my phone. It just enlarge up the image but still scrolls normal. Does anyone know why this doesnt work on mobile devices? or can it be fixed?

It is not a question of the Muse. General rules - should not be used parallax effects and pinning on mobile devices. This results in unpredictable problems. Website for mobile devices should be simple as much as possible. Without effects.
