transferring images into Efex or photoshop from lightroom

I have never had a problem transferring images back and forth from lightroom to photoshop until I recently tried to edit in the Efex program. Now when I try and transfer images into photoshop....or anywhere else.....all I get is grey options and cannot select any option to transfer images for extra editing.

Any help would be appreciated!
