Photoshop cc2017 and Dreamweaver cc2017

Hello ,

After updating to these two versions on my Surface Pro (Windows 10 build 1607) , when I launch the products  I have the screen PS an DW  stopped s to function, Windows is trying to find a solution. Have anyone this msg for these two softs cc 2017 . When I get back to tle old versions everything is ok

reset your preferences -

if that fails, uninstall (including preferences), Uninstall or remove Creative Cloud apps and then reinstall.
