Have not been able to open library books on my Kobo device.  Receiving message: This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID.  Please sign in with the authorized Adobe ID and try again. 

Have done as requested but still cannot access downloaded item.  Felt this was an Adobe issue so am starting here for help.

I have the Same problem. I have deauthorized both my computer and Kobo. Reinstalled DRM. still not working
