Upon downloading a library book in ePub format to Digital Edition, I get an "Error! Check Activation." message. After uninstalling and reinstalling, with no success, I contacted customer support who tried to have me unauthorize and reauthorize the device. While attempting that, I got an "Unable to Erase Authorization. Please try again after some time." error message.

At this point, I was told by the support agent that the problem wasn't their fault and that I needed to contact the forum - which is what I am now doing. We cannot do anything with digital editions making it entirely useless so help is much needed.
