publish online options?

I like the publish online feature, but I would love to have a bit more control on the options when embedding.

Now I only see possibilities to control start page and  fullscreen-option.

But my documents are rather big so I need to be able to control the size/zoom of the document.

Does anyone knows a possibility to control these when embedding:

• initial scale
• zoom tools visibility
• thumbnails
