Customer preset not loading correctly

I've been using the same preset when I start a new project (650px X914px). I save my work and upload these images in marketo for email marketing. Today when I designed my image in the preset, I saved it as a JPEG and there's white space at the bottom... it's as if the preset did not load correctly and now I have a bunch of blank space at the bottom.

I tried starting my project over using the same preset and I get the same result. Help please!

What are the jpg’s actual dimensions? (Image > Image Size)
