I have upgraded from LR6.6 to the latest version (6.8). Since then, LR6.8 does not start and I get a message that MS-Win-Crt-Runtime DLL is missing. Strange???

I have reinstalled LR6 and it was working fine. However, when I upgraded to 6.8, the new version would not launch and the same API-MS-Win message appeared.

I run windows 7 .
