Clips not Syncing/ Not able to edit with Premier Pro CC

I am using a Google Pixel.

For some reason the sync feature isnt working in the app. So every time that I try click the Send to Premier Pro CC feature the app tells me that it is still syncing and that I should try again in a moment. The problem is that there is no little cycle of arrows telling me that the app is syncing. Please advise if there is a solution to this problem or if there is going to be an update soon of it this app has been just dropped to the way side. It looks like the last update was months and months ago.

I am having the same issue, on June 23 - 6 months later. Cannot send to Premiere Pro. Any ideas?

After syncing to CC Library, I tap to sync with Premiere and get "Please try again in a few minutes" forever
