Problem of running Photoshop Elements

hi,

I have problem to use Adobe Photoshop Elements which was downloaded from apps store. There is no respond even I click photo editor or organiser. Attached please find the print screen photo for your reference.

I am looking forward to hearing the solution soon.

Incredibly frustrating. Went to customer support with same problem. They and I tried to restart the program, 6 times. Yes six times, with the same negative results and then they ended the communication. I want a refund and the website gives no means to deactivate Elements 15 and keeps me on an endless loop. The worse product and service I've experienced.

Hi Gabriel and Ono,

Kindly share the following details-

1. Whether it is a MAC App Store Purchase or Windows App Store purchase?

2. Do you see any crash report after clicking Editor/Organizer?

3. Does Organizer launch fine?

Please try launching Editor keeping Cmd+Shift+Alt on MAC/ Ctrl+Shift+Alt keys on Windows pressed and delete the settings file when prompted. This is basic troubleshooting step which resets app's preferences.
