I have downloaded the Digital Editions app on my Ipad mini 4. I logged into my library account on Safari and chose to open the library book I borrowed in Digital Editions. The link takes me to the application and has me authorize my account. After I enter my user name and password I get an error message titled
"Connection Error Detected" with the following message,
"Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet."
I've tried deactivating/activating my account which did not fix the problem. Not sure why I am receiving this message and I have access to the internet as I was on the library website. Any troubleshooting suggestions?
