Photoshop Motion Timeline issues

I'm not sure what is exactly happening. The whole video was playing on second and the next it was not.

I want to animate this ballerina twirling and I have 2 video groups, one for the video and the other my drawings of it.

I uploaded a video showing what happens.

Are the video groups created from videos or stills or both?  I am guessing that the ballerina is a video and the drawings are stills?

Are the lengths of both video groups similar?

The ballerina is actually a gif but I'm not sure if that makes any difference. They all the same length
