License has stopped working

Hello. I am trying to open up my InDesign CS4 and I receive error message 150:30, that the license has stopped working. I have tried from this link (Error: "Licensing has stopped working" | Mac OS​) to run the LicenseRecovery app, but the terminal returns the reply "command not found." Any help/ideas would be great. Thank you!
