Replicate effect from Tiffany & Co website?

As above looking to replicate the 'dazzling' effect from the Tiffany website - Please see below.

Get a real 3D application.  not AE.

Aside from some occasional sparkles and some light reflections there doesn't even seem to be anything in the image and those effects are completely random and have no relation to the actual image. They can easly be created using 3D layers and effects like Glow.
