Drawing Tablet Press and Hold Resets On It's Own

Hey all, I'm having an irritating problem.

I'm an artist that uses a Yiynova MVP22U V3+ Drawing Tablet. It is not a Wacom but an alternative from an off brand. They use WinTab Drivers and I'm running Windows 10 64 bit on my desktop the tablet is connected to.

My problem is that when I disable the pen and touch setting "Press and Hold" for right clicking, it will disable the circular delayed visual that usually happens when you hold the pen down to your tablet but after a reboot, the setting will be back to being checked/enabled. Yes I did hit apply and made sure it was working prior to the reboot.

Could anyone help me with this one?

Thank you!

You either have a Windows problem or something starts automatically when you boot your system to restore Microsoft default settings. Check what is automatically started when you boot windows.

I have done this countless times. My problem persists with it re-enabling itself after every reboot of my computer.
