How to Change Print DPI

I am trying to use my photoshop and printer for sublimation. Every time I go to print it comes up with a box stating the image will not be printed higher then 220dpi but I have my settings at 720dpi. I have tried everything and do not know what else to try. No matter the size of the image it always resets it to 220dpi! Has anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it? HELP! Thank you.

What are the pixel dimensions of the image, and how big is the intended print size?
