Running WIndows 10, I've used adobe acrobat std X for a year, frequently making use of the 'convert web page to pdf' add-in function in internet explorer.   Yesterday, that function stopped working.  The timing was coincident with a software fault that hung up while playing a dvd - the source of that problem is still up in the air.  Has anyone else run into a situation with windows 10 in which you couldn't convert a web page?  Did you determine the cause and a fix?

Acrobat X is not supported on Windows 10. If it worked so far, consider yourself lucky! Because it's not a supported configuration, there is all sorts of stuff that could have caused this change in behavior - update to Windows, or another application, a change in your system configuration, ...

It's possible to say what changed, and therefore how to get Acrobat X back into working on Windows 10.
