Only audio is high pitched beep ram preview

i record with bandicam and when i import the audio to after effects and ram preview the only sound i hear is a high pitched beep wtf is going on ive been trying t ofigure it out for the whole day

What format is your audio? The standard format for video is 16 bit 48 Khz wav format. MP3 can be very problematic. Try converting your file to a standard audio format.

Without any exact info about version of AE, file properties, system info, audio settings etc. nobody can tell you anything. Sorry, but "This doesn't work and AE sucks" kind of posts are useless.
