Timeline creation with 360 Spherical Image

I'm attempting to add video to a project in Premier Pro where I have a fully stitched 360 spherical image - size is 10,000 X 5,000 pixels - that I would like to render from a jpeg file to an MP4, using the "create video timeline" feature. The result is a beautiful video with black holes (missing data) at both the top and nadir of the rendered video. I've ensured 2:1 image size and tried just about every setting available to prevent that from happening.

Any advice and troubleshooting greatly appreciate.

It's not possible. You need specific tools to create the appropriate projection like Mettle Skybox in After Effects.
