Canon 5Dmk2 not seen in LR3 to tether

Hello everyone, I'm struggling to get my Canon 5D Mk2 to be seen in Lightroom3 to enable me to tether.

ive tried this on my MAC Book pro, and my IMAC, it's just not being seen.

Please refer the steps mentioned in Fix tethered shooting in Lightroom ​and let us know if that helps.
