I'd like to buy a photo software for my Sony A7. I'm looking for LR. I think that camara raw can handle my raw files. Is camera raw included in the package?

Yes Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) is part of Lightroom. You can subscribe to the Photographers Plan. Details here:

CC is only by subscription.

As well as the photography plan you have the choice to buy a stand-alone package that doesn't cut off the develop operations when you stop paying.
