Error 1014 opening Photoshop CC

I've just buyed and installed Creative Cloud 2017 and the apps Bridge, Lightroom and Photoshop. No problems with Bridge and Lightroom, but I'm always getting the error 1014 when opening Photoshop. It starts to load normally, but as soon as the main Photoshop's window appears, a popup message prompts something like "error 1014, unable to load dynamic library...". Clicking OK to close the error message popup, the app gets closed too.

Any suggestions? Thanks a lot.

The exact error message is "LoadLibrary failed with error 1114

that's a graphics card issue.

set the performance setting for ps, in your graphics card software, to High Performance. For example, if you have AMD graphics card then launch AMD Catalyst Control Center, add ps to the list of applications settings, and set the setting to High Performance.
