Form response - e-mail layout

I would like to adjust the layout of the e-mail HTML which is sent when a form is submitted.

Most simply, I'd like to change the width of the table columns so the form field text (left column) doesn't wrap onto two (or more) lines.

I've looked through the "form_xyz.php" files generated by MUSE, see the e-mail address, subject, form header... but not where the table column widths are specified. Since they do not adjust when the e-mail window is adjusted, I assume they are set to a specific number VS a page width percentage.

Thanks for any input!
