So I'm trying to use my Nikon for stop motion and wanted to tether it to my laptop but it won't work when I had tried to tether it had said "No camera detected"

I've gone through the whole troubleshooting guide from Adobe and still no luck. Thank you for taking your time to help.

Hi Chris,

Is your camera detecting fine in file explore or finder? If yes, then you can try and reset Lightroom preferences back to defaults.

Preference file and other file locations | Lightroom CC and 6

Also, refer the below troubleshooting guide for the same.
