I used PO for several weeks flawlessly.

Now it says my account/subscription is not eligible for PO.

I don't understand.  Surely, Adobe has not decided to charge extra for this service?

Not to my knowledge. What happens if you sign out of your CC account, and then sign back in?

Are you getting an actual dialog box that says you're not eligible?
