No. That's not implemented.

Kris from Rorohiko once did a project on an Action Recorder for InDesign.

Action Recorder Version 1.0.6

The product is in beta and will not be developed further:

Release 1.0.2 - 11 -August-2013

Don't know what versions of InDesign are supported.

InDesign CS6 yes. See the related video on YouTube. Possibly also CS5.5, CS5 ? But I'm not sure at all.
