How to Change Page Background Color in Adobe Digital Edition

I can change the page background color in Adobe Reader. But I am unable to do so in "Adobe Digital Edition". Can anyone please tell me how to change the page background color in Adobe Digital Edition.

There is no inbuilt option to change the page background color in Adobe Digital Editions.

Can you find out if there is now? 5 years on and disabled students are still forced to use this poor display.
