Hi all,

I have paid, downloaded and installed the Lightroom version 6 software in my old macbook in 2015. Recently, I just bought a new macbook, may I know if I can still download and install the software in the new macbook ? I try to do so but can't make it, so is it prohibited to do so ?

Thanks for your kindest help.

Cheers,

Roy

It would probably be best if you signed out on your old Mac. But you should be able to download and install Lightroom 6. What happens if you try? Have you downloaded from the following website? You have to install  the main Lightroom 6 installation first. Then install the 6.8 update.

Yes you can! LR6 and LR5 run fine on my 2016 Macbook Pro. What specifically is the problem on your end; you can't download, install or can't activate?
