AE 2017 Stuck in dual monitor fullscreen

Yesterday AE randomly opened my composition window fullscreen on my second monitor and will not close. No matter what shortcuts I try, or workspace preset I select, it's just stuck. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

If you trash your preferences this will probably be resolved. You can do this by holding Ctrl+Alt+Shift on Windows or Command+Option+Shift on Mac while the app is starting.
