I downloaded the installer twice. All I got when I ran it was;

"You Are Using An Older Version Of The Flashplayer Installer"

Did you download Flash Player from Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions  page?

What OS are you using? If you could share a screenshot of the issue it would be helpful for us.

Running Windows 7.I used both of these links;

Direct link scans current system and browser

Step 1: Select Operating System

Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .)

Hi,

Did you by any chance rename the downloaded installer? Download manager installer name contains the version information for the latest installer, on renaming of the installer this information is lost. Hence user is presented with above message. Please use the installer without renaming it to avoid the above error.

Yes. When I download an installer, I add the full version and what

it is for (Win IE, Firefox). I have not had this happen in the past.

I just downloaded the installers again, without renaming them.

They run without a problem.
