Hi,

I've noticed an issue in android Adobe viewer.

Steps:

1. Open a pdf file in Adobe Reader. [file-1]

2. Push the app to background, open some other pdf file [file -2].

3. Push the app to background again, try to open [file-1] now.

4. App restores the previous state of screen i.e file opened last time [file-2].

You have to kill the Adobe reader app, else you will not be able to open the file opened for the first time. say in my example [file-1].

This happens for any number of files, while adobe reader app running in background.

Any update would be helpful.

Thanks in advance.

Hi shreeharshabn,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please confirm from where you are opening the pdf file at step 2 - by locating pdf file in a File Browser?

What is the version of Acrobat Reader app installed on the device?

To check the version, launch Reader>tap 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen>Help

Tap three vertical dots again and select About Adobe Acrobat

Also, let me know the version of Android installed on the device?

From the device home screen, tap Settings>About Phone
