Pixelated taskbar icon in Windows 7

For many years now, all my Adobe taskbar buttons have had pixelated/softened icons which look low-resolution. (It's more noticeable with the InDesign icon, but the Photoshop icon is visibly softened as well.)

This problem only happens when the program is running, and when the taskbar is set to "never combine". At all other times, the icons look perfectly fine, as you can see from this image I made to highlight the problem: https://i.imgsafe.org/6583bd2201.png

Might anyone please be able to help?

Hi,

Which version of Photoshop are you using?

What is your current screen resolution and DPI?

Please check for graphics card driver update on your computer.

Regards,

Akash
