Hello,
I position my characters arms then record. In the recording the arms are floating and bent all over the place. Please help

Are the arms independent?
Are they stapled to the Body group?
Is the mesh set to contour?

yes, yes and yes. They literally bend the opposite way in the recording only. they look right when i pose and record.

Your best bet for now is adding another draggable to the elbow to have more control over it.
