Imege rollover + animated text + button

Hi, i am trying to make this effect when you rollover on image, then whit hover shows up, then animated texts and state button comes in and image blocks remains responsive, anybody knows how to do that? or widget to use?

I tried with composition widget and some animation widget, i got the result but composition widget is not responsive.
