How to change embedded fonts to system fonts?

I have a over hundred pages document. Can anyone help me change all embedded fonts in the pdf file like Arial-4862, Minion Pro 4865, Courier New-Bold-4863... and many more to regular fonts like Arial, Minion,...

Unlikely to be possible. Fonts with generated names almost certainly have special properties.

Furthermore, Minion Pro is certainly not a “system font.” Not all users have this font installed.

Quite frankly, you are probably better off leaving the PDF file as-is. The space that you might save by unembedding such fonts would likely be fairly minimal and the problems that might occur is you could accomplish what you asked for might be significant!
