I have created action to save output as save for web, I have 15 such folders each contain 3 sub folders with only raw psd in it, when I run batch with my recorded action the output get saved in 1st folder directory, I need the output should be saved in same directory of psd which it is processing...

What is »raw psd« supposed to be?

Are the images RAW files or psd files?

Have you tried using File > Scripts > Image Processor or Image Processor Pro?

psd are psd, no need to call them »Raw PSD«.

Please try and see for yourself.

But Image Processor offers »regular« jpg, not »Save for Web« jpg, so you may need to try Image Processor Pro.

Recording Save As or Save for Web in Actions is often problematic for batching because of the saving path.

Image Processor Pro has an option to "keep folder structure". There's also an option to save jpegs through SFW.

I have set this settings to save for web as gif file, the but gif file dosen't play animation it has 3 frames
