Muse will not recognise FTP details

I uploaded a new site built in Muse to my web host - I have made changes to the site and want to re- upload but even though all the details are still the same I get an error message saying that details are not correct. Even when I try and input the user and password again it still tells me they are not correct - and they are.

Any ideas...

An hour later and now its working - didnt change anything!!

did you have some other ftp software still running ? on most host servers you can only log in one account at a time so having say filezilla going will stop the log in of Muse

Have you selected PASV as the FTP mode in FIle > Upload to FTP host?
