Installed fonts 'missing' in updated indesign 2017

HELP - I am on deadline for a magazine, Indesign kept crashing, so I checked for updates - and updated CC. Opened my files and 2/3 of the fonts I always use say they are missing. In font book they are all there, and I have reinstalled them. They are available to non CC programmes. Please can you quickly send me a solution or suggestions ASAP

This issue is only with Indesign that I can see. I can access the fonts in photoshop....

I have worked out that the font folder in indesign was empty - no idea why. So I located the font files that were missing and dragged them into the folder..... Seems to have worked thank the Lord! Will leave this here as it might help others in the same position!!!
