Hi Amol,

We don't support Acrobat 10 any more, you can download our latest Acrobat DC from link: Adobe Document Cloud | Adobe Acrobat DC  and check your workflow.

Let us know if you face any issue with latest Acrobat DC

Thanks,

It's correct that Acrobat X is no longer supported, but that does not necessarily mean that you will not get any help here in the forums. Actually, when you try to get help from Adobe for your problem via the normal support channels, chances are that they will send you here because the software you are using is in fact no longer supported...

Here is what I would do - in that order:

1) Repair your Acrobat installation. In the Windows version of Acrobat, you will find the Repair function in Acrobat's Help menu.

2) If that does not fix your problem, re-install Acrobat

3) If that does not fix your problem, run Adobe's "Cleaner" tool (Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs ) after you uninstall Acrobat, and then install Acrobat again after the Cleaner removed any trace of Acrobat from your system.

4) If you are still not able to convert Excel files, it's time to take a look at Excel and the PDFMaker macro that Acrobat installs for Excel.
