I was under impression that every month I should be paying the monthly rental so I saved the card in the site and choose yearly plan, And now I cannot cancel it and there is a cancellation fee for it and which would be half of the payment. And I cannot even delete my credit card information in the account????????????
How can I move further.

If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

A customer should not be automatically enrolled in an auto-renewal of a yearly contract. Clearly your terms and conditions need to be revised. Now lots of people will be stuck in the contract of a product they might not need anymore
